1General Terms & Applicability

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with fbajeee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Fbajeee may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals and other services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all transactions on fbajeee:

• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests typically take up to 24 hours to process.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Additional bank charges may apply to bank transfers in some cases — this is outside fbajeee's control.

Fbajeee reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual transactions. Any account linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately closed and reported to the relevant authorities.

Any applicable wagering requirements tied to a bonus must be fulfilled before deposited funds can be withdrawn. Failure to do so may result in a blocked withdrawal.

4Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on fbajeee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg's odds will be calculated as 1.00.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, fbajeee reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the moment of bet submission are final.

For any disputed outcome, the official result issued by the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fbajeee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. General bonus policy:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be a set multiple of the bonus amount (typically 5x to 30x).
• Only bets placed with bonus balance at or above the minimum odds (typically 1.5) will count toward wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus claims are generally valid for 30 days. Any unclaimed bonus will be automatically cancelled once this period expires.
• To qualify for the friend referral bonus, the referred friend must complete registration and make their first deposit.

6Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbajeee:

• Match fixing or any form of cheating in games.
• Using multiple accounts together to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Fbajeee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms violation.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
